To all whom it may concern. I
Be it known that I, OTIS A. MYGATT, 'residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented and produced a certain new, original, and ornamental Design for a Glass Shade, of which the following is a specification reference being had therein to the accompanying drawings.
The drawing represents a perspective of the design seen from below.
The design is made of integral glass and divided horizontally into two distinct sections. The upper section is provided upon its outside with radial corrugations and upon its inner surface with horizontal c0r rugations. The lower sect-ion is cylindrical with vertical sides and also corrugated.

Patented Sept. 2, 1913.
Term of patent 14 years.
The ornamental appearance when the design is illuminated is beautiful and pleasing. The lower vertical section produces the effect of a hanging fringe of prisms in distinct contrast to the upper section. The light from this impinging upon the horizontal circumferential corrugations and transmitted thereby to the radial exterior corru gations produces a checkered animated appearance.
