To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, LIONEL Smss- BURGER, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the borough of Manhattan, city, county, and State of New York, and CHARLES NELSON and WALTER G. BARKER, citizens of the United States, and residents of the borough of Brooklyn, county of Kings, city and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Towel-Rack, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part hereof, in which Specification for Design.
