Be it known that I, FREDERICK E. PRE- TAT, a citizen of the United States, residing at l/Vaterbury, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design-for a Handle for a Spoon, Fork, or Similar Article and I do hereby declare the accompanying drawings to be a full, clear, and exact illustration of the same, and which said drawings constitute part of this specification and represents a face View of a handle for a spoon, fork, or similar article embodying my design.
