SPECIFICATION forming part of Design N0. 35,209, dated January 27, 1903.
Application filed December 24, 1902. Serial No. 13 6,501. Term of patent 7 years.

Beit known that I, WALTER A. OBEIEN, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Boston, county of Suffolk, State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fabric, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part hereof.
The drawing represents a face View of a portion of the fabric illustrating my design.
The leading feature of my design consists in a series of parallel and relatively large rope-like Wales laterally separated by broad bands of fabric, each of which is ornamented by a series of relatively small serpentine or sinuous ribs parallel to each other and eX- tending in the direction of the length of the large rope-like wales.
In the drawing the relatively large ropelike wales a are laterally separated by broad bands b of fabric, each band being ornamented by a series of relatively small sinuous or serpentine ribs bx, parallel to each other and extending in the direction of the length of the large Wales a, the outermost ribs of each band being slightly separated from the adjacent Wales. v
I claim- The ornamental design for a fabric substantially as herein shown and described.
