DESIGN FOR A CIGAR-WRAPP ER- CUTTING PLATEN.

SPECIFICATION forming part of 'Design No. 35,522, dated December 31, 1901.

Application filed May 29, 1901. Serial No. 62,442. Term of patent 14. years.

To all whom it 11mg concern.-

Be it known that I, NAPOLEON DU BRUL, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Cincinnati, in the county of Hamilton and 5 State of Ohio, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Cigar-Wrapper- Cutting Platens, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification, in which- Figures 1 and 2 are views showing opposite sides of the cuttingplaten.

As shown in the drawings, the leading or material features of my design are, first, a

5 substantially rectangular plate; second, a

20 of the plate, so that it extends from near the front edge rearwardly and laterally in an approximately diagonal direction; third, a solid imperforate narrow path extending around and conforming to the outline of the area named; fourth, an outer narrow oval or cigarwrapper-shaped line of perforations extending around and conforming to the solid imperforate path, and, fifth, a solid imperforate area extending from said narrow oval or cigarwrapper-shaped line of perforations to the edges of the rectangular plate.

Having thus described my design, what I claim as new therein, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

. The design for a cigar-wrapper-cutting platen, substantially as herein shown and described.
