DESIGN FOR A WEIGHING-MACHINE CASE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 35,316, dated November 26, 1901.

Application filed October 1'7, 1901. Serial No. 79,048. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern,

Be it known that I, WALTER H. PUMPHREY, a citizen of the United States of America, and a resident of the city of New York, county of New York, State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Weighing-Machine Case; and I declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, referencebeing had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a View in front elevation, illustrating a weighing-machine case embodying my design; and Fig. 2 is a side view thereof.

As shown in the drawings, the leading or material features of my design are as follows: The column A, rising from a suitable base, said column being of circular cross-section and uniform diameter throughout its length; the enlarged rounded superstructure B, and
