FIG. 2 is a top plan view of a combined bite block and cusps shown in FIG. 1. The bottom plan view is identical;
FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of the combined bite block and from the right-hand side of FIG. 1. The left-hand side is a mirror image;
FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of a combined bite block and cusps shown in FIGS. 1-3;
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view thereof, taken on the line 5--5 of FIG. 4; and,
