SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 33,520,6lated November 6, 1900.

To all whom, it may concern.-
Be it known that I, JOHN T. DAVIS,a citizen of the United States, residing in the city and county of San Francisco, State of California, have invented and produced a new and useful Design for liriqucts of Artificial Fuel, of which the following is a specification, reference being, had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
Figure 1 is a perspective View of such a briquet, showing my design, a flat hand appearing as projecting slightly beyond the circumference. Fig. 2 is an outline of its shape as seen in elevation, the flat baud appearing as projecting slightly beyond the circumferonce and at the sides beyond the hemispherical surfaces. Fig. 3 shows its outline as seen in plan view.
As shown in the drawings, the leading features of my design consist in two oppositelydisposed convex surfaces A and B, the baselines of which are continuous and circular and are connected by a continuous fiat. band C, projecting slightly beyond the cireumfer ence, as shown, the whole forming' a figure which, regarded through its major axis, is an oblate spheroid and through its minor axis a i circle.
