FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view taken along the plane indicated by line 3--3 in FIG. 1;
FIG. 4 is an enlarged sectional view taken along the plane indicated by line 4--4 in FIG. 1; and
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a wheel cover showing a second embodiment of our new design it being understood that the sole difference resides in the center disc being plain and unornamented.
