In either embodiment of my litter receptacle, the bottom is plain and not ornamental.

This is a continuation-in-part of design application Ser. No. 361,647, filed May 18, 1973, now US. Pat. No. D. 233,304, dated Oct. 22, 1974.

I claim: The ornamental design for a litter receptacle, substantially as shown and described.
