SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,620, dated September 4, 1894. Application filed Aug-est 3, 1894. Serial No. 519,378- Term of patent 3% years.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, CHARLES BOOZE, a citizen of the United States, residing at Bulfalo; in the county of Erie and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Wall-Paper, of which the following is a specification. v

The design consists of a series of ornamental scrolls of Italian renaissance style arranged as shown in the accompanying drawing. Said scrolls diverge in opposite directions from the center of the design upwardly'and are connected atthe top by small ornaments and between said ornamental scrolls are placed orna- 'ments of Italian renaissance style as represented in the drawing.

The border or upper portion of the design is formed of ornamental scrolls of Italian renaissance style arranged in the form of op'en onARLns Booze. Witnesses:
