The characteristic feature of the design resides in the upright U- or V-shaped ribs forming the open-window bottom in combination with a peripheral U- or V-shaped boundary rib which extends completely around the bottom portion to form a transition zone with the long side walls and the short end walls, the boundary rib below the long side walls comprising a downward extension of such side walls, as shown.

We claim: The ornamental design for a molded packaging tray for produce or the like, as shown and described.
