FIG. 4 is a side view of the lamp with the adjustable shielding element moved into a vertical position;

FIG. 5 is a front view of the lamp in FIG. 4;

FIG. 6 is a rear view of the lamp in FIG. 4;

FIG. 7 is a rear view of the lamp with the adjustable shielding element moved into a horizontal position; and

FIG. 8 is a side view of the lamp in FIG. 7.

The characteristic features of my design reside in the adjustable shielding element.

The ornamental design for a lamp, as shown and described.
