The characteristic features of my design reside in the combination wherein flanged gunwales project horizontally over an inset portion and medial opposed outwardly projecting portions of the hull have a configuration as best shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.

The ornamental design tor a boat, substantially as shown and described.
