The right and left sides of the carrier, when closed, are mirror images of each other.

The rear of the form shown in FIG. 3 is the same as that shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The front of the form shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is fiat and plain except for the upper carrier portion which is curved as shown in FIG. 3.

The ornamental design for a car top carrier as shown and described.
