FIG. 2 is an edge view of the panel shown in FIG. 1.
The dominant features of the design reside in the overallpattern of side borders adjacent two intersecting side edges of the ceiling panel and a fissured area located between the borders and the other two side edges of the ceiling panel.

The ornamental design for a ceiling panel, as shown and described.
