FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken on line 4-4 of FIG. 3.
The broken lines in FIGS. 2 and 4 indicate the extent of the wheel-securing flange shown at the center in full lines.

The ornamental design for a wheel cover or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
