FIG. 2 is an enlarged fragmentary perspective view of the central portions of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a further enlarged top plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view of FIG. 3 as taken from lines 44; and

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view of FIG. 3 as taken from lines 5-5.

The characteristic feature of my design resides in the particular shape of the cap portion in combination with the cover portion, all as shown.

This application is a continuation-in-part of applicants copending application Ser. No. D. 20,258; filed Nov. 24, 1969, entitled Umbrella Cap; now abandoned.

I claim: Ornamental design for an umbrella cap and cover, as shown and described.
