Be it known that I, CHARLES BOOZE, a citizen of the United States, residing at Buifalo, in the county of Erie and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Vail-Paper, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

The leading feature of this design consists of an ornament of the German renaissance style and composed of a series of connected ornamental scrolls, with a vase filled with flowers arranged in the center of the ornament, as represented in the accompanying drawing. An ornament extends from the CHARLES BOOZE.
