FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the form shown in FIG. 1 with the cover in place.

The covers have the same appearance as the respective bottom halves and the vertical lines around the center of the containers in FIGS. 6, 7 and 8 indicate the color contrast of a tape holding the cover and bottom portions together.
