FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along the lines 55 of FIG. 2;

BIG. 6 is a rear elevational view of another form of the writing implement shown in FIG. 1, being identical to the form of design shown in FIG. 1 with the exception that the truncated portion below the upper operating tip is plain and does not have the ornamentation of the first formof invention; and

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of the form of design for a writing implement as shown in FIG. 6.

The dominant features of my design reside in the portions shown in full lines, a conventional writing tip portion being shown in broken lines in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, and 6.
