FIGURE 2 is a view of the side opposite to that seen in FIGURE 1;

FIGURE 3 is a plan view thereof;

FIGURE 4 is an underneath plan view thereof;

FIGURE 5 is an end view thereof as seen from the right hand side of FIGURE 1;

FIGURE 6 is a view of the end opposite to that of FIGURE 5;

FIGURE 7 is a perspective view from above with the operating lever in the closed position, and

FIGURE 8 is a similar view to FIGURE 7 with the operating lever in the open position.

The dominant features of the design reside in the handle shown in full lines, the conventional blades being shown in broken lines.

The ornamental design for grass shears, as shown and described.
