FIG. 2 is a top plan of the antenna whip spring base shown in FIG. 1; and

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the antenna whip spring base shown in FIG. 1.

The portions shown in phantom in the drawings are included for completeness of a showing of the antenna whip spring base but form no portion of my new design.
