FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a tire showing the new design, it being understood that the tread and shoulder patterns are replated throughout the circumference of the tire, the opposite side of the tire being substantially like the side shown;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged fragmentary plan view of the tread .portion of the tire shown in FIG. 1; and

FIG. 3 is a fragmentary transverse sectional view through the tire substantially on the plane indicated by the line 3-3 of FIG. 2.
