This application is a division of copending application Ser. No. 80,119 filed May 25, 1964 and now Patent Ser. No. D-204,484.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of the light incident surface of a luminaire lens incorporating the light diffusing flute pattern of the invention;

FIG. 2 is a plan view of the light emergent surface of the lens of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the upper left quarter of FIG. 1 and showing the orientation of the flutes in greater detail, the design appearance of the remaining threequarters of the lens appearing as shown;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the upper right hand quarter of FIG. 2 and showing the light emergent prisms in detail, the design appearance of the remaining threequarters of the lens appearing the same as shown;

FIG, 5 is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line 5-5 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a view similar to the view of FIG. 3 showing a quarter portion of a modification of the invention as applied to a lens having smaller dimensions than the lens of FIGS. 15 and showing the orientation of the diffusing flute pattern on the light incident surface thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a section taken along the line 7-7 of FIG. 3.

The ornamental design for a luminaire lens, substantially as shown and described.
