FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of the tube cap, similar to the showing at FIG. 2, but on a greatly reduced scale and with the outline of the tube to which the cap is connected being shown in broken lines to exemplify the environment of the design.

The ornamental design of a tube cap, as shown and described.
