FIGURE 4 is a top end view thereof;

FIGURE 5 is a fragmentary elevational view of the upper portion thereof showing the side opposite to that shown in FIG. 3; and

FIGURE 6 is a fragmentary bottom end view of the upper portion thereof.

The ornamental design for an electric portable massager, substantially as shown and described.
