The dominant features of this design reside in the portions shown in full lines, and are characterized primarily by a phonograph housing having a bottom shaped like the backs of the speaker housings so that in closed position the bottom of the phonograph housing will form the back of the unit.

We claim: The ornamental design for a portable phonograph or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
