FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the front side of a frame for a rotatable sign embodying my new design, with a rotatable advertising sign shown therein in dotted lines for purposes of illustration;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof.

The appearance of the frame shown in FIG. 1 is the same when viewed from the front or the back.

The appearance of the frame shown in FIG. 1, when viewed from either the left or right side is the same as that shown in FIG. 2.

What I claim is:

The ornamental design for a frame for a rotatable sign, substantially as shown and described.
