FIGURE 2 is an elevational view looking down upon FIGURE 1 from the top;

FIGURE 3 is an elevational view from the right-hand side of FIGURE 1, the left-hand side being of the same appearance; and

FIGURE 4 is an elevational view looking toward the bottom of the scale as shown in FIGURE 1.

The dominant features of the design reside in the full line portions of the scale.
