FIGURE 4 is a bottom plan view; and

FIGURE 5 is an enlarged fragmentary sectional view thereof taken on the line 55 of FIGURE 1 with a portion of the waste receptacle being broken away for convenience of illustration.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a waste receptacle, substantially as shown and described.
