FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view with respect to FIG. 1 and illustrates the front of said lamp; and

FIG. 4 is a fragmentary sectional view taken along line 44 of FIG. 3.

The dominant features of the design reside in the portions shown in full lines in the figures.

The ornamental design for a portable incandescent lamp, as shown and described.
