FIG. 2 is a fragmentary side view thereof, with the side shield in operating position;

FIG. 3 is a front view of the clip-on attachment portion thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a front view of the clip-on attachment portion thereof, taken on a reduced scale, the broken line showings of the clip-on attachment and eyeglass frame being for illustrative purposes only.

I claim: The ornamental design for clip-on side shield for an eye glass frame, substantially as shown and described.
