FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof.

The characteristic features of my design reside in the three holes located near the center of the reel and the raised beading forming the appearance of spokes about the hole and the periphery of the reel.

The ornamental design for a tape reel, substantially as shown and described.
