FIGURE 6 is a rear edge view thereof; and

FIGURE 7 is a top view thereof showing an implement in extended position in partial phantom line.

The essential features of my design reside in the portions shown in full line.

Portions of the broken line showing of the key ring and chain have been omitted from FIGURES 2-6 for convenience of illustration.

I claim: The ornamental design for a combined key ring and knife, as shown and described.
