FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; FIG. 6 is a fragmentary perspective view of the reel and handle portions of the article.

The rod portion is shown broken away in FIG. 2, for convenience of illustration.

The present application is a continuation-in-part of my prior application Serial No. 68,977, filed February 26, 1962, for Spinning Reel and Rod Assembly, now abandoned.

I claim: The ornamental design for a combined reel, handle and rod unit as shown and described.
