The characteristic feature of my design resides in the particular configuration of the head portion merging with the handle, as best shown in FIGURE 2, and including the bifurcated end portion disposed at a right angle to the axis of the tool handle.

The ornamental design for a brake back tool used in concrete construction work, substantially as shown and described.
