The dominant features of my new design are shown in the solid lines of the drawing. The holes in the ventilator fragmentarily shown in FIGS. 1 and 5 are uniformly distributed across the ventilator.

This application is a continuation-in-part of my copending application Serial Number D. 58,546 filed December 4, 1959, which is now abandoned.

I claim: The ornamental design of a magnetic sound recording and reproducing instrument, as shown and described.
