FIGURE 4 is a cross sectional view to the same scale as FIGURE 3, taken on line 44 of FIGURE 1; and

FIGURE 5 is an enlarged fragmentary sectional view taken substantially along line 5-5 of FIGURE 2 to better illustrate the configurational details of the cylindrical band below the shade.

The tubes and inner elements are shown in broken lines in FIGS. 1, 3 and 5 for illustrative purposes only.

I claim: The ornamental design for street lighting lamp or the like, substantially as shown and described.
