FIGURE 4 is an end elevational view thereof looking from the opposite end of that shown in FIGURE 3.

The dominant features of my design reside in those portions shown in full lines in the drawings.

I claim: The ornamental design for a combined grave ledger and marker, substantially as shown and described.
