DESlGN FOR A ROTARY-FAN APPLIANCE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 19,259, dated August 6, 1889.
Application filed May 21, 1889 Serial No. 811,622 Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that 1, CHARLES E. WALDEGK, a citizen of the United States, residing at Paterson, county of Passaic, and State of New J ersey, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Rotary Fans, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
My invention relates to a design for :1- retary-fan appliance; and the characteristic feature thereof consists in a shaft having dis posed thereon an enlargement of a bulbous or spherical form provided with annular grooves, as seen in the accompanying drawing, wherein the fan is shown in elevation.
In the said drawing, 1 represents the stand for the fanQand 2 is a rotary tubular fanshaft having a bulbous or spherical enlargement 8, formed with one or more circumferential belt grooves 4, and having the graduallyswelled portion 5 near the outer end thereof, wherein the fan-blades 6 are mounted.
Having thus described my desigmwhat I claim as my iHVQIIiEiOI1,aDd desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a rotaryfan appliance, substantially as herein shown and described.
