To all whom it may con-corn:
Be it known that I, JOSEPH E. DALLON, a citizen of the United States, residingat Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and Sta-to of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Ash-Receivers, Match- Safes, &o.; and I do declare the following to he a full, clear, and exact description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, which represents my novel design in elevation.
The design consists of miniature represenrations of a shovel, a tongs, and a poker, constituting a tripod converging at the top in an apex, and a coal-scuttle depending from the tripod between the limbs thereof.
1 denotes the miniature representation of a. scuttle, which is of ordinary form, and is provided with the usual handle, 2.
3 denotes the miniature representation of an ordinary fire-shovel, 4 the miniature representation of e tongs, and 5 the miniature representation of a poker. The upper ends of the shovel, tongs, and poker are secured together at the apex, forming a tripod, and the shovel is suspended between the limbs thereof by a, chain, 6.
Having thus described my invention, I claim The design for ash-receivers herein shown and described, the same consisting of miniature representations of a shovel, tongs, and poker, constituting a, tripod converging at the top in an apex, and a, coal-scuttle depending from the tripod between the limbs thereof.
