Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the knife shown in Fig. 1;

Fig. 3 is a bottom edge view thereof;

Fig. 4 is a top edge view thereof;

Fig. 5 is an enlarged sectional view taken on the line 55 of Fig. 2; and

Fig. 6 is an enlarged butt end view.

The dominant features of the design lie in the portions shown in full lines on the drawing.

I claim: The ornamental design for a knife or the like, substantially as shown and described.
