Fig. l is a front elevational view of a holder for scissors or the like, showing my new design;
Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof; and
Fig. 3 is a front elevational view thereof as it appears with the top flap in closed position.
The dominant feature of my design resides in the narrow, laced, blade-receiving sheath in combination with an enlarged teardrop shaped flap wherein the narrower front portion overlaps the broader rear portion, all as shown.

The ornamental design for a holder for scissors or the like, as shown and described.
