Fig. 5 is a bottom plan view of the same.

Portions of the drawing figures are diagonally lined to indicate transparencies as in the two upper symmetrical members of Fig. 2 and reflecting surfaces as in the larger lower member of Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4.
