Fig. 2 is a reduced plan sectional view taken on the line 22 of Fig. 1 with the container elements attached to the bottom shelf being omitted for convenience of illustration.

Fig. 3 is a fragmentary bottom plan view of the under side of the top shelf.

The dominant features of my design reside in the portions shown in full lines.

The ornamental design for a decorative hanging display shelf, substantially as shown and described.
