Fig. 3 is an enlarged end elevational view of the platform portion taken from the left of Fig. 2;

Fig. 4 is an enlarged cross sectional view taken on line 44 of Fig. 2, the suports being omitted for convenience of illustration; and

Fig. 5 is a fragmentary perspective view of the platform portion taken from the rear and right.

I claim: The ornamental design for a bicycle luggage carrier, substantially as shown and described.
