The dominant features of my new design are shown in solid lines in the drawings, the prongs shown in broken lines being omitted from Figure 3 for convenience in illustration.
The broken line fragmentary showing of a connecting cord is for illustrative purposes only.

The ornamental design for an electrical plug cap or similar article, as shown and described.
