The design is embodied in a textile fabric having a surface of raised pufis arranged as shown in Fig. 1. Interlaced threads in the fabric, represented by the horizontal straight lines in Figs. 2, 3 and 4, hold the pufis raised.

The ornamental design for a puffed textile fabric, as shown and described.
