Figs. 4A, 4B, and 4C, taken together by placing the lines AA' and BB' in juxtaposition, constitute a plan view of the plastic coated sheet material of our new design on a reduced scale showing a complete design unit with extensions beyond the unit boundaries as indicated by the marks at the top and bottom of the figure.

We claim: The ornamental design for a plastic coated sheet material, substantially as shown and described.
